1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 200 Jili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals derived from prohibited activity.

When registering, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.

Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 200 Jili account or any balance within it to any third party.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

200 Jili accepts deposits through the following Philippine-local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 200 Jili does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the platform's cashier page — typically 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, routine security review, or where additional identity verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the account, subject to KYC verification requirements.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets at 200 Jili are subject to the individual rules published within each game or market. The following general rules apply across the platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 200 Jili does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of a clear technical error on the platform's part.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, any affected bets will be settled according to the game provider's error-handling rules. Where settlement cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting: markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. 7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 200 Jili and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point during your account's lifetime.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account without their explicit consent, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, or malfunctions in the platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an identified error are not considered valid wins and will not be paid.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of manual human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game at 200 Jili.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse transactions, initiating chargebacks through your bank or payment provider, or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with the intention of retaining both the funds and the gaming outcome.

8Account Suspension and Closure

200 Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances below ₱500 may be forfeited after written notice to the registered contact details.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance derived from breaching activity will not be paid out. Where closure occurs for reasons outside your control (e.g., regulatory direction), the genuine account balance will be returned to you through a verified payment method.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 200 Jili support. Withdrawal of any remaining balance must be completed before or at the time of account closure.

9Privacy and Data Protection

200 Jili collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
